At Allied Pharmacy Group Pty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
